AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE

La Société Algérienne De Réalisation De Projet Industriels « SARPI spa », filiale à 100% de SONATRACH, sise à 10, rue Mohamed TAHAR SEMMANI, Hydra, Alger, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offre national ouvert N°36/A/2024, portant sur :

Fourniture de matériels de levage et de manutention allotie en six (06) lots :

LOT (01) : Six Chariots élévateurs télescopiques 4x4 7 Tonnes
LOT (02) : Dix Chariots élévateurs 4x4 7 Tonnes
LOT (03) : Trois Grues routières tout-terrain 30 Tonnes
LOT (04) : Treize Grues routières tout-terrain 60 Tonnes
LOT (05) : Deux Grues routières tout-terrain 90 Tonnes
LOT (06) : Deux Nacelles articulées 26 M

Attribution provisoire des lots :

Lot 03 (Trois Grues routières tout-terrain 30 Tonnes) est attribué à LIEBHERR pour un montant de Un million quatre cent soixante-dix-neuf mille euros soit en chiffre (1 479 000,00 €).

Lot 04 (Treize Grues routières tout-terrain 60 Tonnes) est attribué à Manitowoc pour un montant de Huit millions trois cent vingt mille euros soit en chiffre (8 320 000,00 €).

Lot 05 (Deux Grues routières tout-terrain 90 Tonnes) est attribué à LIEBHERR pour un montant de Un million sept cent six mille euros soit en chiffre (1 706 000,00 €).

Lot 06 (Deux Nacelles articulées 26 M) est attribué à GLOBAL CRANES pour un montant de Trois cent trente mille dollars américains soit en chiffre (330 000,00 $).

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au président de la commission des marchés et déposé contre accuser de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le bulletin des appels d’offres du secteur de l’énergie et des mines (BAOSEM).

Provisional Awarding Notice

The Algerian Company of Industrial Projects Realization, “SARPI Spa”, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, located at: 10, Rue Mohamed Tahar Semmani, hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in National Invitation to Tenders N°36/A/2024, regarding:

Supply of lifting and handling equipment divided into six (6) batches:

Batch (01): Six 7-ton 4x4 telescopic forklifts

Batch (02): Ten 7-ton 4x4 forklifts

Batch (03): Three road cranes 30-Ton All-Terrain Cranes

Batch (04): Thirteen 60-Ton All-Terrain Road Cranes

Batch (05): Two 90-Ton All-Terrain Road Cranes

Batch (06): Two 26 M Articulated Boom Lifts

Provisional award of Batches:

Batch 03 (Three 30-Ton All-Terrain Road Cranes) is awarded to LIEBHERR for the amount of One Million Four Hundred And Seventy-Nine Thousand Euros, or €1,479,000.00 in figures.

Batch 04 (Thirteen 60-Ton All-Terrain Road Cranes) is awarded to Manitowoc for the amount of Eight Million Three Hundred And Twenty Thousand Euros, or €8,320,000.00 in figures.

Batch 05 (Two 90-ton all-terrain road cranes) is awarded to LIEBHERR for the amount of One Million Seven Hundred Six Thousand Euros (€1,706,000.00).

Batch 06 (Two 26 M Articulated Boom Lifts) is awarded to GLOBAL CRANES for the amount of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand US Dollars (US$330,000.00).

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce a recourse addressed to :

The President of the Contracts’ Committee and deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at SARPI Structure in a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of the publication of this notice in the Bulleting of the invitation to Tender of the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM).
