NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

N° 36/A/2024

The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (la Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender « N° 36/A/2024 », regarding:

Supply of lifting and handling equipment ,Divided into (06) six batches:

Batch (01): Six telescopic forklifts 4x4 7-ton

Batch (02): Ten forklifts 4x4 07-ton

Batch (03): Three All-terrain Road cranes 30-ton

Batch (04): Thirteen all-terrain road cranes  60-ton

Batch (05): Two all-terrain road cranes 90-ton

Batch (06): Two articulated boom lift 26 m

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI head office, located at: 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI– Hydra Algiers, and no later than December 29^th 2024, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and justifying payment of an nonrefundable sum of 25.000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and 250 € for the foreign tenderers by banking voucher transfer to BEA Agency of Hydra 005 Algiers, Account N° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74 ; SWIFT BEA : BEXADZAL005.

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders with no price indication and the financial ones, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address:

SARPI Spa, 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI– Hydra Algiers

On December 30^th, 2024 at 10:00 utmost.

For the Algerian tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of

Batch 01: One Million Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1.500.000.00 DZD)

Batch 02: Two Million Algerian Dinars (2.000.000.00 DZD).

Batch 03: One Million Algerian Dinars (1.000.000.00 DZD)

Batch 04: Five Million Algerian Dinars (5.000.000.00 DZD)

Batch 05: One Million Five Hundred Algerian Dinars (1.500.000 DZD).

Batch 06: Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (500.000 DZD).

Established for the name of SARPI, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

For the foreign tenderers, the submission bail is with an amount of:

Batch 01: Fifteen Thousand Euros (15.000) or the equivalent in USD Dollars

Batch 02: Twenty Thousand Euros (20.000) or the equivalent in USD Dollars

Batch 03: Ten Thousand Euros (10.000) or the equivalent in USD Dollars

Batch 04: Fifty Thousand Euros (50.000) or the equivalent in USD Dollars

Batch 05: Fifteen Thousand Euros (15.000) or the equivalent in USD Dollars

Batch 06: Five Thousand Euros (5.000) or the equivalent in USD Dollars

the offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderer(s) representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address:

On December 31^st , at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.
