La société par actions Tahlyat Myah Magtaa « TMM SPA » informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Restreint National et International N°002/DU/TMM/2024 portant sur :
Fourniture de 23 000 membranes d’osmose inverse SWRO
Paru sur le Baosem N° 2290 le 18 août 2024, que le Contrat est attribué provisoirement au Soumissionnaire : Xiamen Chengye Group, pour un montant de : Onze millions trois cent quatre-vingt-cinq mille USD (11.385.000,00 USD/TTC), offre financière moins disante.
Le Soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peut introduire un recours auprès du Secrétariat Technique des Marchés (« STM ») de la Société, dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la publication du présent avis sur le Baosem.

The joint stock Company “Tahlyat Myah Magtaa” (TMM. Spa) informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international restricted invitation to tender N° 002/DU/TMM/2024, regarding:
Supply of 23000 reverse osmosis membranes SWRO
Published in the Baosem n° 2290 of August, 18th 2024, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer Xiamen Chengye Group, for an amount of 11 385 000,00 USD/All Tax Included, the lower offering financial tender.
The tenderers questioning the choice operated by the Contracting Structure may introduce recourse, nearby:

in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this provisional awarding in the Baosem.
