NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED INVITATION TO TENDER

N° 002/DU/TMM/2024

SINGLE-STAGE (01) TECHNICAL-FINANCIAL PROCESS

The joint stock company Tahlyat Myah Magtaa, by abbreviation ("TMM SPA"), issues the present National and International restricted Invitation to Tender N° 002/DU/TMM/2024, for:

supply of 23.000 reverse osmosis membranes SWRO

In accordance with the administrative and technical requirements defined in the specifications, hereinafter (“DAO”).

Any tenderer interested in this notice may withdraw the DAO from the Secrétariat Technique des Marchés of TMM SPA, against the presentation of a mandate, a copy of the trade register and proof of transfer of the amount of 5,000.00 DA to bank account N° 001 00634 0300300447 49, open at the National Bank of Algeria (BNA), Agency 634 Oued Smar, located at 12, route de Meftah, Oued Smar, Algiers or the payment of said amount into the Company's cash register.

N.B: The specifications withdrawal’s fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The offers must contain two (02) closed envelopes, separated and submitted simultaneously to the Company's address in the following forms:

1. An envelope containing the documents of the Technical Offer with the mention "Technical Offer / Name and address of the tenderer" (one original and two copies).
2. An envelope containing the documents of the Financial Offer with the mention "Financial Offer / Name and address of the tenderer" (one original and two copies).
3. The two offers (technical and financial) must be inserted in a third outer envelope, anonymous and sealed bearing the following mention:

Important: Tenderers are informed of the requirement of a Bid bond to be inserted in the envelope containing the Technical Offer in the amount of 50.000.000.00 DZD, or 370.000.00 USD established by a bank under Algerian law for the benefit of Tahlyat Myah Magtaa. SPA

The deadline for submitting technical and financial offers is set, on September, 08^th 2024 at 12:00 p.m. utmost.

The public opening date of technical and financial offers will take place on September, 08^th 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

The validity period of the offers is 90 days as of the date of the financial offers’ opening.
