NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF CONTRACT
N° SH/EP/DP/HBK/APT/26/2022
It is brought to the attention of all the bidders who took part in the National and International Open call for tenders N ° SH/EP/DP/HBK/APT/26/2022, having for object :
Supply of spare parts for speed multipier LUFKIN
Published in BAOSEM N ° 2075 of 29/11/2022, that at the end of the public opening of the financial offers, after négociation, the contract was provisionally awarded to WIT SAL OFFSHORE, Liban, for an amount of 3 219 016,80 USD, in excluding taxes delivered CFR Mostaganem port - Algeria (CCI V 2020).
The duration of the contract is Twenty-Four (24) months, from the date of its entry into force.
Bidders, who contest the choice made by SONATRACH Regional Direction Haoud Berkaoui, may lodge an appeal within Five (05) working days, from the date of publication of this notice, to:

Il est porté à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N° SH/EP/DP/HBK/APT/26/2022, ayant pour objet :
Fourniture de pièces de rechange pour multiplicateur de vitesse LUFKIN pour la Direction Régionale Haoud Berkaoui
Publié au BAOSEM N° 2075 du 29/11/2022, qu'à l'issue de l'ouverture publique des offres financières, et après négociation, le contrat a été attribué au soumissionnaire WIT SAL OFFSHORE, Liban, pour un montant de :
3 219 016,80 USD, en HT CFR port de Mostaganem-Algeria (CCI V 2020).
La durée du contrat est de Vingt-Quatre (24) mois, à compter de la date de son entrée en vigueur.
Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par SONATRACH Direction Régionale Haoud Berkaoui, peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution du présent avis, auprès de :
