L’ENAC/Spa annonce l’attribution provisoire du contrat de Gré à Gré après consultation n°086/DVL/DAP/2024 issu de l’appel d’offre national et international ouvert n°023/DVL/DAP/2024 portant sur la:

fourniture de produits d’enrobage,

qu’il a été attribué au soumissionnaire « EURL YOUR ENERGIE SOLUTION » et ce pour un montant de 132 210 000,00 DA/TTC/HTVA, soit Cent Trente-Deux Millions Deux Cent Dix Mille Dinars Algérien En Toute Taxes Compris Hormis TVA,

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

Supply of coating products,

Has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer "EURL YOUR ENERGIE SOLUTION"

For an amount of :

One Hundred and Thirty Two Million Two Hundred and Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars including all taxes Excluding VAT.

Or in figures : 132 210 000.00 DA/ including all taxes excluding VAT.

Selection criterion: lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may introduce a recourse with ENAC within a period of Five (05) working days as of the date of publication of the notice.

The recourse may only relate to decisions taken in the processing of his offer.
