Fourniture de produits d’enrobage,

Au soumissionnaire « SARL DENSO France » pour un montant de «663 266,37 EUR/CFR Port D’Alger », soit Six Cent Soixante-Trois Mille Deux Cent Soixante-Six Euro et Trente-Sept Centimes CFR Port d’Alger.

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Spa announces the provisional award of the Mutual Agreement after consultation N°086/DVL/DAP/2024 relating to the National & International open Invitation to tender N °023/DVL/DAP/2024, regarding:

Supply of coating products

To the tenderer "SARL DENSO France" for an amount of " 663 266.37 EUR/CFR Port of Algiers", or Six Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Two Hundred And Sixty-Six Euros And Thirty-Seven CFR Cents Port of Algiers.

Selection criterion: lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may introduce a recourse with ENAC within a period of Five (05) working days as of the date of publication of the notice.

The recourse may only relate to decisions taken in the processing of his offer.
