AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU CONTRAT

Il est porté à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National & International Ouvert N° SH/EP/DP/HBK/APT/07/2024, ayant pour objet :

Fourniture de raccorderie et de robinetterie pour la Direction Régionale Haoud Berkaoui, répartie en quatre (4) lots :

Lot n° 01 : Raccorderie pour installations pétrolières

Lot n° 02 : Robinetterie pour installations pétrolières

Lot n° 03 : Soupapes de sécurité

Lot n° 04 : Raccorderie pour divers instruments de surface

publié au BAOSEM N° 2265 du 02/06/2024, qu'à l'issue de l'ouverture publique des offres financières, les contrats ont été attribué provisoirement aux soumissionnaires moins disants suivant :

 Lot 01 : GORTEX, pour un montant de Six Cent Soixante Sept Mille Deux Cent Cinquante Dollars Américain et Soixante Dix Cents (667 250.70 USD), CFR port Mostaganem, Algérie (CCI V 2020).

Lot 02 : APENGY Sas, pour un montant d’Un million Vingt Trois Mille Trente Six Dollars Américain et Six Cents (1 023 036.06 USD), CFR port Mostaganem, Algérie (CCI V 2020).

Lot 03 : Sarl YANTAI JEREH PETROLEUM EQUIPEMENT & TECHNOLOGIES, pour un montant de Douze Mille Cinq Cent Trente Sept Dollars Américain et Soixante Dix Neuf Cents (12 537.79 USD), CFR port Mostaganem, Algérie (CCI V 2020).

Lot 04 : TECHNO CAST Spa, pour un montant de Huit millions Deux Cent Soixante Dix Neuf Mille Cent Trente Six Dinars Algeriens et Quatre-Vingt Trois Centimes en Hors Taxes (8 279 136.83 DA/HT).

La durée du contrat est de Trente (30) mois, à compter de la date de son entrée en vigueur.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par SONATRACH Direction Régionale Haoud Berkaoui, peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution du présent avis, auprès de :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF CONTRACT

It is brought to the attention of all the bidders who took part in the National and International Open call for tenders N ° SH/EP/DP/HBK/APT/07/2024, having for object :

Supply of fittings and valves divided into four (04) lots:

Lot N°01: fittings for oil installations;

Lot N°02: valves for oil installations;

Lot N°03: Safety valves;

Lot N°04: fittings for various surface instruments », published in BAOSEM N°2265 of 02/06/2024, that at the end of the public opening of the financial offers, the contracts were provisionally awarded as:

Lot N°01: GORTEX, for an amount of Six Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty American Dollars and Seventy Cents (667 250.70 USD), CFR Mostaghanem Port – Algeria (CCI V 2020).

Lot 02 : APENGY Sas, for an amount of One Million Twenty Three Thousand Thirty Six American Dollars and Six Cents (1 023 036.06 USD), CFR Mostaghanem Port – Algeria (CCI V 2020).

Lot 03 : Sarl YANTAI JEREH PETROLEUM EQUIPEMENT & TECHNOLOGIES, for an amount of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Seven American Dollars and Seventy Nine Cents (12 537.79 USD), CFR Mostaghanem Port – Algeria (CCI V 2020).

Lot 04 : TECHNO CAST Spa, for an amount of Eight Million Two Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand One Hundred Thirty Six Algerian Dinars and Eighty Three Cents (8 279 136.83 DA) excluding Tax.

The duration of the contract is Thurty (30) months, from the date of its entry into force. Bidders, who contest the choice made by SONATRACH Regional Direction Haoud Berkaoui, may lodge an appeal within five (05) working days, from the date of publication of this notice, to:
