The National Company for Research, Production, Transportation, Processing and Marketing Of Hydrocarbon, SONATRACH, EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION, DIVISION Production, Division and Regional Directorate Haoud Berkaoui, issues a National and International Open Invitation to Tender regarding :

Supply of fittings and valves divided into four (04) lots :

• Lot N°01: fittings for oil installations ;
• Lot N°02 : valves for oil installations;
• Lot N°03 : Safety valves;
• Lot N°04 : fittings for various surface instruments »

Companies, which are interested in this notice may withdraw the tender’s documents, Against the presentation of justification of payment of non–repayable amountby bank transfer of One Thousand Algerian Dinars (1 000,00 DA) concerning national bidders or Ten Euros (10,00 €) concerning foreign bidders.

The payment will be into account:

Bidder Qualification Criteria:

• Complete and compliant administrative record.

• Manufacturer and/ or supplier specialized in the field of instrumentation subject to this tender.

• A sound financial situation and that he has sufficient liquidity or a line of credit to enable him to execute the contract without cash flow difficulties.

The financial criteria will only be used to determine whether the bidder has the financial capacity to perform the contract satisfactorily. They will not be used as a weighting factor to determine the lowest bidder.

• Technical supply capability and experience

The Bidder must be the manufacturer and/or supplier of the supply of this tender package.

The Bidder must have a minimum of one (01) year experience in manufacturing and/or marketing of the supply in question or similar supplies.

The technical capability and experience criteria will only be used to determine whether the Bidder has the capability to perform the contract satisfactorily.

The method of one stage submission applies to this Tender.

Under this Tender, the technical bids, without any price indication, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in one anonymous envelope, without heading or acronym and must bear the following mark only :

The deadline for withdrawal date is set later than eighteen o’clock (18H00), fiftieth (50) the days from the first publication of this notice in the Bulletin Tenders Sector of Energy and Mines (BAOSEM).

The deadline for preparation and submission date is set later than eighteen o’clock (18H00), sixtieth (60) from the first publication of this notice in the Bulletin Tenders Sector of Energy and Mines (BAOSEM).

Each tender received after this deadline is considered null and void.

For Lot N°01: One Million Four Hundred Algerian Dinars (1 400 000,00 DZD);

For Lot N°02: One Million Four Hundred Algerian Dinars (1 400 000,00 DZD);

For Lot N°03: Fifty Thousand Algerian Dinars (50 000,00 DZD);

For Lot N°04: One million Algerian Dinars (1 000 000,00 DZD);

It must be established by a bank under Algerian law.

The Foreign Bidder:

For Lot N°01: Nine Thousand Six Hundred Euros (9 600,00 €);

For Lot N°02: Nine Thousand Six Hundred Euros (9 600,00 €);

For Lot N°03: Three Hundred and Fifty Euros (350,00 €);

For Lot N°04: Six Thousand Nine Hundred (6 900,00 €);

or equivalent in American Dollars or Stirling Pound; established by a bank under Algerian law covered by a counter-guarantee issued by a first-rate foreign bank.

The period of validity of the bid guarantee is equal to the period of validity of the offers, one hundred and eighty (180) days, plus an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days, from the deadline for submission of bids. offers.

The original of the bid guarantee is submitted by the Bidder in the envelope containing the technical offer or deposited by the Bidder or his authorized representative, on the day of the opening of the technical offers, immediately, and before the opening of the bids.
