Fourniture de tubes en Quatre lots distincts

Publié dans le BAOSEM N° 2187 du 19/10/2023, que les contrats sont attribués provisoirement par lot, le 15/05/2024, aux soumissionnaires suivants :

Lot 01 : attribué à ENTRAC Tunisie pour un montant d’Un Million Six Cent Quatre Mille Quatre Cent Quatre-Vingt-Dix-Sept Dollar USD CFR Port de Skikda (1 604 497.00 Dollar USD CFR Port de Skikda).

Lot 02 : attribué à SICOM Italie pour un montant de Cinq Cent Quarante-Cinq Mille Quatre-Vingt-Dix-Neuf Euros et Cinquante Centimes CFR Port de Skikda (545 099.50 Euro CFR port de Skikda).

Lot 03 : attribué à ENTRAC Tunisie, pour un montant de Sept Cent Dix-Sept Mille Sept Cent Cinquante Dollar USD port de Skikda (717 750.00 Dollar USD CFR Port de Skikda).

Lot 04 : attribué à SICOM Italie pour un montant de Deux Million Quatre-Vingt et Un Mille Neuf Cents Euros CFR Port de Skikda (2 081 900.00 Euro CFR port de Skikda).

Le soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré, peut introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis, auprès de la Raffinerie de Skikda, Département Passation des Marchés.

Batch N° 01 : awarded to ENTRAC Tunisia for the amount of One Million Six Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollar USD CFR Skikda Port (1 604 497.00 Dollar USD CFR Skikda Port).

Batch N° 02 : awarded to SICOM Italy for the amount of Five Hundred and Forty-Five Thousand Ninety-Nine Euros and Fifty Cents CFR Skikda Port (545 099.50 Euro CFR Skikda Port).

Batch N° 03 : awarded to ENTRAC Tunisie, for the amount of Seven Hundred and Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollar USD CFR Skikda Port (717,750.00 Dollar USD CFR Skikda Port).

Batch N°04: awarded to SICOM Italy for the amount of Two Million Eighty One Thousand Nine Hundred Euros CFR Skikda Port (2 081 900.00 Euro CFR Skikda Port).
