The Algerian Company of the Industrial Projects Realization “SARPI Spa”, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, located at 24, Rue de Timgad Hydra-Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 14/A/2020, regarding:

Supply of scaffolding (tube and collar+ multidirectional) for the diverse projects of SARPI

Published in the Baosem n° 1790 of August, 24^th 2020, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the lower offering tenderer, as follows:

SARL ACROW DZ COMPANY for an amount of 76 509 970.57 DZD VAT Excluded

Every tenderer questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to:

President of the Contracts Commission

And deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at the Structure, in a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem (Bulletin of the Invitations to Tender of the Energy and Mine Sectors).

« FOURNITURE DES ECHAFAUDAGES (tube & collier + multidirectionnel) POUR DIVERS PROJETS DE SARPI » Paru dans le BAOSEM N°1790 du 24/08/2020 Que le marché a été attribué provisoirement aux soumissionnaire déclaré le moins disant comme suit :

• SARL ACROW DZ COMPANY pour un montant de : 76 509 970.57 DA/HTVA (Soixante Seize millions Cinq Cent Neuf Mille Neuf Cent Soixante Dix Dinars Algériens et 57 Cts en Hors TVA)

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au président de la commission des marchés et déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le bulletin des appels d’offres du secteur de l’énergie et des mines (BAOSEM).
