National and international open invitation to tender
N° 14/A/2020

The Algerian Company of Realizing industrial projects (La Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) issues an open competitive national and international invitation to tender « N° 14/A/2020 », regarding:

Supply of scaffolding (tube and collar+ multidirectional) for the diverse projects of SARPI

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI located at 24 Rue de Timgad – Hydra Alger, and no later than September, 13th 2020,by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity ,the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and justifying payment of an nonrefundable sum of (fifteen thousand Algerian Dinars) 15.000 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and (one hundred and fifty Euro ) 150 € for the foreign tenderers by banking voucher transfer to BEA (Algeria External Bank), Hydra Agency Algiers, Account n° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74, SWIFT BEA: BEXADZAL005.

The submission mode of one single phase shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders without any price indication and the Financial tenders, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address: SARPI, 24 Rue de Timgad – Hydra - Alger, on September, 14th 2020 at 10.00 utmost.

For the Algerian tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of 1 500 000 DZD

Established for SARPI, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

For the foreign tenderers, the submission bail is with an amount of 15 000 € or its equivalent in USD.

The folds shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their duly representatives who wish to attend the opening session that shall take place at the address: SARPI SPA, 24 Rue de Timgad –Hydra Alger, on September, 14th 2020 at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the offers’ submission deadline.
