Fourniture des FUSIBLES HTA/BT pour le compte de Sonelgaz-Distribution et Sonelgaz-Services

 Dont l’avis a été publié au Baosem N°2260 du 19/05/2024, qu’après ouverture et évaluation des offres financières publique, qui ont eu lieu en date du 13/10/2024 et 17/10/2024, le marché est attribué provisoirement au :

Lot n°01 : Fusibles BT à Couteaux « INFRUCTUEUX »

Motif : Aucune offre reçue par la Commission d’Ouverture des Plis.

Lot n°02 :Fusibles HTA 10 KV « INFRUCTUEUX »

Motif : Une seule offre déclarée conforme techniquement par la Commission d’Evaluation des Offres

Les intéressés qui contestent le choix opéré par le service contractant peuvent introduire un recours dans les Dix (10) jours comptés à partir de la date de la première publication du présent avis d'attribution, auprès du Président de la Commission des Marchés de l’Unité du service contractant domiciliée à l'adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF CONTRACT

In accordance with the provisions of the Contract Regulations applicable to the companies of the Sonelgaz Group, the Company Sonelgaz–Services. SPA, registered in the Commercial Register under number 09B0979189-00/16 and NIF under number 000916097918989, whose head office is at 127, bd Krim Belkacem Alger, informs all bidders who have participated in the national and international open call for tenders N°08/N.IN/DCQAV/2024 N°0276/Sonelgaz-Services/2024, with the following subject:

Supply of MV/LV fuses

 whose notice was published in Baosem No. 2260 of 19/05/2024, after opening and evaluation of public financial offers, which took place on 13/10/2024 and 17/10/2024, the contract is provisionally awarded to:

Lot N 01: Knife fuses "UNSUCCESSFUL"

Reason: Only one bid received by the Opening Commission.

Lot N 02: HTA fuses 10KV “UNSUCCESSFUL”

Reason: Only one offer declared technically compliant by the Commission for the Evaluation of Tenders.

Any person who disputes the choice made by the contracting authority may lodge an appeal within Ten (10) months of the days counted from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Award, to the President of the Contracts Commission of the Contracting Department’s Unit at the following address:
