La Société Sonatrach- Activité Liquéfaction & Séparation Division GNL/GPL Complexe GL1K B.P 72 Z I Skikda/ Skikda, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participés à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°09/INP/GL1K/2024 relatif à : « la fourniture d’un échangeur à plaques en aluminium brasé pour Complexe GL1K » Paru au BAOSEM sous le N°2312 du 20/10/2024

Qu’après ouverture et évaluation des offres financières des soumissionnaires dont les offres techniques ont été jugées conformes, le Contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire Consortium GLOBALTEX BELGIUM & ALHAYAT TENDERS .

Montant de l’offre financière : Un million cent soixante-douze mille quatre-vingt-huit dollars (1 172 088,00,00 $).

Délai de livraison : Vingt-quatre (24) mois à compter de la date d’Entrée en vigueur du Contrat.

Critère de choix : Prix moins disant.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix de la structure contractante peut introduire un recours déposé avec un accusé de réception au niveau du bureau d’ordre général du Complexe GL1K à l’adresse indiquée ci-dessus, au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) Jours à compter de la date de parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire du Contrat au BAOSEM

PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING

N° 09/INP/GL1K/2024

The Company –Sonatrach- Activity Aval-Division Liquefaction-Complexe GL1K / BP: 72 ZI / Skikda, informs the tenderers having taken part in the invitation to tender National and International Open N°:09/INP/GL1K/2024 having for object: The Supply of a brazed aluminum plate exchanger for the GL1K Complex appeared on BAOSEM N°2312 of 20/10/2024.

That after opening and evaluation of the financial offers of the tenderers, whose technical offers were considered to be in conformity, the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer Consortium GLOBALTEX BELGIUM & ALHAYAT TENDERS.

Amount of the financial offer: one million one hundred and seventy-two thousand eighty-eight Dollar (1 172 088,00 $).

Delivery time: twenty-four (24) months from the date of entry into force of the contract.

Selection Criteria: Lowest Price

Any tenderer contesting the choice of the contracting structure may lodge an appeal against acknowledgment of receipt at the GL1K Complex's ordering general office at the address indicated above, within Five (05) working days at the latest from the date of

publication of this notice of provisional contract award to BAOSEM
