2nd EXTENSION OF TIME LIMIT AND ADDENDUM OF THE OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONSULTATION No. DA/05/EQUIP BANDE CREPE/24
The Public Economic Enterprise for the Manufacturing and Marketing of Medical Devices, Parapharmaceutical Products and Personal Hygiene (EPE -SOCOTHYD -SPA), hereby informs all interested bidders in the National and International Open Consultation No. DA/05/EQUIP BANDE CREPE/2024, published in the National dailies "L'EXPRESSION" of 27/11/2024, and "EL KHABAR" of 27/11/2024, relating to the supply, installation and commissioning of an automatic crepe band manufacturing and packaging line with a production capacity of 45 ML/MIN to 65 ML/MIN (at rest), that the production capacity of the requested line is defined as follows: 5cm crepe band: a capacity of 9m/min; 7cm crepe band: a capacity of 7m/min; 10cm crepe band: a capacity of 6m/min; ; 15cm crepe band: a capacity of 6m/min; ; 20cm crepe band: a capacity of 4m/min; ; 25cm crepe band: a capacity of 2m/min; ; 30cm crepe band: a capacity of 1m/min; and for the weft 98X2 weft threads or picks/10cm.
as regards the number of machines for the manufacture of the band is as follows: 4mx5cm crepe band: one (01) machine; 4mx 7cm crepe band: one (01) machine; 4mx 10cm crepe band: two (02) machines; 4mx 15cm crepe band: two (02) machines; crepe strip of 4mx 20cm: two (02) machines; crepe strip of 4mx 25cm: one (01) machine; crepe strip of 4mx 30cm: one (01) machine. In total: ten (10) machines or line materials for the manufacture of crepe strips in full process according to the subject of the consultation.
Also, the deadline for submitting offers which was extended to Thursday, January 9, 2025, is extended for a second time to Wednesday, January 29, 2025, before 13:00 p.m. deadline, and the opening of bids will take place the same day at 13:30 p.m.
