# NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONSULTATION Nº DA/05/ EQUIP BANDE CREPE/2024

The Public Enterprise for the Manufacturing and Marketing of Medical Devices, Parapharmaceutical
Products and Personal Hygiene (EPE -SOCOTHYD -SPA), is launching a consultation for:

Supply, installation and commissioning of an automatic Crepe strip manufacturing
and packaging line with a capacity of 45Ml/Min to 65Ml/Min at rest.

The documents constituting the bidders' offers are cited in article 10 of the specifications;
A 5% retention money is required from the supplier on the equipment, releasable after the end of the
warranty period.

Bidders interested in the consultation must send a request for withdrawal of the specifications to the
contracting department of EPE SOCOTHYD SPA, located at ISSER 35230 Wilaya de BOUMERDES, or
send an email to the following address: secretariatdesmarches@socothyd.dz or send a fax to
024.71.41.44.

The duration of preparation of offers is set at 30 days from the first publication of this notice in a National
daily newspaper.

Offers must be submitted or sent by express mail, at the latest on the last day of preparation of offers
before 13:00 p.m., which will be scheduled for 26 December 2024, to the following address:

The office and the evaluation of the offers were presented by a comite d'achat the next day of the
office preparation period, in the publique at 13:30 a.m. in the office of SOCOTHYD, and this will prompt
the internal operation of this comité ;

The conformity of the fiche technique of the equipment requirement will be proven by a comité
technique, which will enable a practical detailing of the results of the travaux effect;

The speakers are invited to assist in the installation of places;

The march will be submitted to the discount, which responds to caractéristiques demanding
techniques, conforms to the circumstances of the charges;

The SOCOTHYD will reserve the annual consultation at all times.

The rest of the speakers are engaged with their offers during a period of 120 days, at a time of the offer
date.
