ADDENDUM NOTICE N° 01
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED INVITATION TO TENDER

Single-Step Process
The National Company of Civil Engineering and Building- Water Treatment Directorate, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international restricted invitation to tender mentioned above, regarding:
Offshore works for the project of seawater desalination plant Cap Blanc Oran, with a capacity of 300,000 m³/d
Published in the Baosem n° 2181 of October, 03rd 2023, about issuing an addendum, in order to bring some amendments to the specifications, notably:
- Updating Section 04 of the specifications;
- Updating the quotation;
- Adding a new appendix (Technical requirements for self-protected underwater concrete)
The Addendum N° 01 has been transmitted to the tenderers having withdrawn the specifications.
The offers’ submission deadline, initially intended on November, 02nd 2023, has been extended to November, 16th 2023.
