AVIS D’ANNULATION DE L’AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU CONTRAT
La Société Nationale de Génie Civil & Bâtiment (G.C.B) /Spa, Filiale Sonatrach, Direction Water Treatment, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres National et international restreint N° 04/JUR/EXP/DWT/GCB/2023, portant sur :
La réalisation des travaux maritimes (off-shore) du projet usine de dessalement de l’eau de mer a cap blanc Oran d’une capacité de 300 000 m³/j
Paru sur le BAOSEM N° 2181 du 03/10/2023, que l’attribution provisoire du contrat confié au soumissionnaire Groupement CNTIC et CRCC HARBOUR, paru sur BAOSEM N° 2208 du 19/12/2023, est annulée.
De ce fait, le processus d’appel d’offres est annulé.

CANCELLATION NOTICE OF THE PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD
The national company of civil engineering and building (G.C.B)/Spa, Sonatrach subsidiary, Water Treatment directorate , informs all bidders who participated in the restricted national and international invitation to tender N° 04/JUR/EXP/DWT/GCB/2023, concerning :
Offshore works for the Cap Blanc Oran seawater desalination plant project, with a capacity of 300,000 m³/d.
Published in BAOSEM N° 2181 of October 03rd2023, that the provisional contract awarded to to the tenderer Groupement CNTIC et CRCC HARBOUR, published in BAOSEM N° 2208 of December 19th2023, has been cancelled.
As a result, the tender process has been cancelled.

الصادرة بالباوسم عدد 2181 بتاريخ 03/أكتوبر/2023، أن المنح المؤقت الممنوح للمترشح Groupement CNTIC و CRCC HARBOUR، الصادر بالباوسم عدد 2208 بتاريخ 19/ديسمبر/2023، قد تم إلغاؤه.
ونتيجة لذلك، تم إلغاء عملية المناقصة.
