NOTICE OF FIRST EXTENSION OF DEADLINES

FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN TENDER NOTICE N°001/DMTC/2025

"Single-Stage Submission Process"

EPE FERTIAL Spa, Algerian Fertilizers Company, Annaba Industrial Hub, represented by its Maintenance Department, located at Route des Salines, BP 3088, Annaba 23000 Algeria, informs all candidates who have withdrawn the National and International Open Tender Document N°001/DMTC/2025 concerning the Procurement of Supplies and Services for Complete Steam Pressure Equipment, references NR1042 & NB1045-A, (Complete Steam Boiler assembly with Dome, as well as all internals and intermediate flanges), for the Nitric Unit Line 1000 of the Fertial Annaba industrial hub, published in BAOSEM N° 2394 edition of June 16, 2025, that the deadlines for withdrawing the tender document, initially set for July 30, 2025, at 4:00 PM (i.e., forty-five (45) calendar days from the first publication in BAOSEM on June 16, 2025), and the deadline for submitting offers, initially set for August 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM (i.e., thirty (30) calendar days from the tender document withdrawal deadline), are extended as follows:

The new deadline for withdrawing the Tender Document is set for Sunday, August 31, 2025, before 4:00 PM. The Tender Document can be requested and withdrawn from the Procurement Department at the email address: dao-annaba@fertial-dz.com

The new deadline for preparing and receiving offers is set until Sunday, September 21, 2025, before 4:00 PM, at the following address: BOG EPE FERTIAL SPA, Pôle Industriel ANNABA, Routes des Salines, BP 3088 ANNABA 23000 ALGERIA.

The date for the Bid Opening Committee meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the Fertial Annaba industrial hub management.
