NOTICE OF RECTIFICATION AND EXTENSION OF DEADLINE OF THE

RESTRICTED NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER - Nº. 2510 (25)

PROVISION OF CAMP MAINTENANCE, GARDENING AND WASTE SITE HANDLING SERVICE FOR MLN FIELD  & HMD BASE OF THE ASSOCIATION SONATRACH-PT PERTAMINA ALGERIA EP MENZEL LEDJMET NORD (MLN)

PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi (Company), in association with Sonatrach-S.P.A and Repsol Exploracion 405A,S.A, “The Association” managed by the presidentiel decret N°- 24-438 of December, 31st 2024, acting as operator for development of Menzel Lejmat North MLN Block 405a, located in the Berkine Basin Algeria, having its Head Office at Bali Building / The Legacy Luxury Hotel Algiers Hydra, 1st Floor, Lotissement Moutchatchou, Lot BD11, Haut Site Hydra 16043 Algiers, Algeria, launches a notice of rectification and extension of the deadline of the restricted national invitation to tender No. 2510 (25) under the object of :

Provision of camp maintenance, gardening and waste site handling service for MLN field  & HMD base

Published in BAOSEM No. 2389 in 1^st of June,2025.

This rectification has been made to the conditions for withdrawing of the tender documents (ITT) concerning the activity codes of the trate register, and the important notes of the mimum mandatories requirements for the participation in this call for competition. Consequently, The rectification was stipulated as follows :

Bidders interested in this call for tenders can obtain the tender documents (ITT) free of charge from the Supply and Contracts Department (SCM) of the association PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi, Sonatrach-S.P.A and Repsol Exploracion (Company) by sending to us by email the documents cited below:

Letter of interest requesting for a copy of the invitation to tender documents. The interest letter must be duly signed by the tenderer’s authorized person with the stamp of the bidder;

A copy of the trade register containing at least two (02) activity codes among the four (04) codes listed in the Four (04) points below:

601401 Bases de vie Maintenance supplies Or 613130 Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Equipment and Materials for Hotels, coffee, Restaurants, Laundries and Dry Cleaners

606202          Waste removal & management or 606201 Cleaning, maintenance and disinfection company;

607021          Oil Services Company;

616002 Green space and landscapes groundskeeping.

Important Notes :

This call for tenders concerns only bidders meeting the conditions below:

Having at least five (05) years of experience in similars services to the subject of this call for tenders Justified by certificates of successful completion from the Client.

Having a trade register activity codes required above;

Not being listed in the Sonatrach vendors blacklist;

Not having litigation with PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi or its parteners, including Sonatrach and Repsol;

The Site viste at the Client's site (Association PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi / Sonatrach-S.P.A / Repsol Exploracion) is mandatory for all bidders who have withdrawn the specifications and intend to submit an bid.

We inform all bidders intending to participate in this restricted national call for tenders that the deadline for withdrawal of the ITT Documents is extended for a period of Fifteen (15) days at 6:00 P.M. from the date of publication of this announcement on BAOSEM, and the deadline for submission of offers is extended for a period of Thirty (30) days at 6:00 P.M. from the date of publication of this announcement on BAOSEM.
