PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi (Company), in association with Sonatrach-S.P.A and Repsol Exploracion 405A,S.A, “The Association” managed by the presidentiel decret N°- 24-438 of December, 31st 2024, acting as operator for development of Menzel Lejmat North MLN Block 405a, located in the Berkine Basin Algeria, having its Head Office at Bali Building / The Legacy Luxury Hotel Algiers Hydra, 1st Floor, Lotissement Moutchatchou, Lot BD11, Haut Site Hydra 16043 Algiers, Algeria, launches a national restricted tender Nº. 2510 (25) related to:

PROVISION OF CAMP MAINTENANCE, GARDENING AND WASTE SITE HANDLING SERVICE FOR MLN & HMD

The scope of work includes managing preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure across various MLN sites (Berkine Basin, at 275km South East of Hassi Messaoud) & Hassi Base Champ and supplying goods & consumables on request. It shall also includes maintaining and enhancing existing green spaces/landscapre, creating new ones, collecting and segregating waste generated by site activities, as requested by the Client.

Company invites tenderers interested by the current free electronic Invitation to tender (ITT) to manifest their interest by sending by e-mail, to the below provided addresses, the following documents:

Letter of interest requesting for a copy of the invitation to tender documents. The interest letter must be duly signed by the tenderer’s authorized person;

A copy of the trade register containing all the mandatory codes below:

This invitation to tender is a one stage

The scanned copies of the required documents must be readable and of good quality, PDF format is recommended.

The deadline and time for sending the Interest Letter and the trade register is Fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Baosem magazine & the online platform, at 6 pm on the last day of submission, Algeria local time.

The deadline for bids receipt is Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Baosem magazine & online platform, at 6 pm on the last day of submission, Algeria local time.

The date of publication is included in the calculation of both the above set submission deadlines.

For the interest letter and trade register sending by email, the reception date in the above emails inboxes validates or excludes the tenderers participation in this invitation to tender.

For bids submission, only Company stamp and date of good receipt of the Reception Office of Hassi Messaoud Company Base de vie, shall validate bids submission acceptance.

Any bid submitted or received by post at the Reception Office, after the above-mentioned deadline will be considered null and void.

Bidders remain committed by their offers for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the set closing date for bids receipt.

Important Notes :

This national restricted tender applies only for bidders meeting the following conditions:

Having a trade register activity codes required above;

Not being listed in the Sonatrach vendors blacklist;

Not having litigation with PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi or its parteners, including Sonatrach and Repsol;

All the cost incurred for the preparation of the bids documents, the shipping fees and any associated cost must be entirely a tenderer’s charge. Tenderers shall not get into any recourse to claim to Company for the reimbursement of such cost.
