NOTICE OF CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL FOR THE SALE OF A STOCK OF MERCURY

N° 01/2024

The GIPEC Group, under the ACS Holding, hereby issues this notice of call for expressions of interest, both national and international, for the sale of its mercury stock.

The call for expressions of interest is open to any candidate or company interested in:

Purchasing its mercury stock

1. Conditions of Participation:

Only candidates or companies with the status of a trader of dangerous goods and who have all the necessary authorizations can participate in the call for expressions of interest.

2. Withdrawal of the Specifications:

Interested candidates may, directly or through a duly authorized representative, withdraw the specifications from the GIPEC General Directorate at the address indicated below against payment of 15,000 DZD or 100 Euros.

3. Submission of Applications:

Application files and price offers must be submitted against registration in a register and a receipt must be issued.

These files must be placed in an envelope bearing the following information:

4. Deadline for Submission of Applications:

The deadline for submission of applications is set at Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the first publication of the notice of publication in the BAOSEM.
