\- 200 مسكن ترقوي مدعم + 20 مسكن ترقوي حر + 31 محل تجاري، حصة كل هياكل الدولة بما فيها الطرق
والشبكات المختلفة ببلدية سكيكدة (بحيرة الطيور) - ولاية سكيكدة مخصصة على 06 حصص
وهذا نظرا لعدم تلقي أي عرض.
