Les soumissionnaires contestataires de cette attribution, peuvent introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission des Marchés Entreprise de SARPI Spa et déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure SDAS de SARPI Spa, au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Realization of (Off-shore) maritime works  for Two (02) Seawater Desalination Plants in Bejaia and El Tarf

That the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer: « GROUPEMENT GTM CONSORTIUM Grand Travaux Maritimes »

Concerning Seawater Desalination Plants El Tarf:

Currency part: 22 555 291,00 $

Dinar part:  1 401 650 250,00 DZA excluding VAT

Concerning Seawater Desalination Plants Bejaia:

Currency part: 22 555 291,00 $

Dinar part: 1 401 650 250,00 DZD excluding VAT

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to:

The President of the Contracts’ Commission of the Company SARPI Spa

And deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at the Structure SDAS of SARPI Spa, in a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of the publication of this notice in the Bulleting of the invitation to Tender of the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM).
