NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED INVITATION TO TENDER

The momentary grouping of the companies “SARPI Spa” and “ENAC Spa” issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender « N° 29/S/2023 », regarding:

Realization of off-shore works for 02 seawater desalination factories with a capacity of 300 000 m³/D for each of Béjaïa and Tarf

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI head office, located at: 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani - Hydra Algiers, and no later than october, 10^th 2023, by any interested tenderer, having already realized two similar contracts, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and justifying payment of an nonrefundable sum of (Twenty Thousand Algerian Dinars) 20 000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and (Two Hundred Euro ) 200 € for the foreign tenderers by banking voucher transfer to BEA Agency of Hydra 005 Algiers, Account N° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74 ; SWIFT BEA : BEXADZAL005

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders with no price indication and the financial ones, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address:

10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani - Hydra Algiers,

On October, 11^th 2023 utmost.

The submission bail amount is as follows:

Sixty million Algerian Dinars (60 000 000.00 DZD) concerning the Algerian tenderers established for SARPI Spa

Four Hundred Thousand Euro (400 000.00 €) or its equivalent in USD concerning the foreign tenderers established for SARPI, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

the offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address: 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani - Hydra Algiers

On October, 12^th 2023 at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.

The companies that are rejected for the orders of SARPI Spa and Sonatrach Group are not accepted to participate in this invitation to tender.
