The SONATRACH Company - Exploration-Production Activity - Regional Directorate of Hassi R’Mel, BP No. 64 Hassi R’mel- Laghouat (03004) Province launches a National and International Restricted invitation for Tender Notice for the: «renovation and extension works automatic security systems in the industrial units of Hassi R' Mel, Wilaya of Laghouat » divided into two (02) Batch’s as follows:

Batch N°1: Machines and Processes

Batch N°2: Buildings

The tenderer can present his offer for one or two batches.

The tenderer must present his complete offer for all the items.

This Invitation to Tender Document is intended only for legal persons having

A minimal experience of five (05) years justified in the conception and/or the realization, and the works of installation of the fire-fighting automatic security systems, «Fire and Gas «in the oil and gas installations.

The installed equipment must conform to NFPA standards, BSI or IEC and built by a company with a level of certification: ISO9001: last version.

Having to proper performance certificates three in number (03) or more, relative to similar major markets in this invitation to tender dossier.

The key personnel of the bidder, to realize the appeal of this market subject to bidding documents Restricted must have accumulated experience of five (05) years minimum in the realization of similar projects.

The time limit for the withdrawal, preparation and submission of tenders is set at ninety (90) Days, from the date of publication of this Notice of Invitation to tender in the BAOSEM, unless an extension of time is granted, this overall delay is split as follows:

- The deadline for the withdrawal of the Tender Document is Thirty (30) Days from the date of publication of the tender notice to BAOSEM.

 - The period devoted to the preparation and submission of tenders is Sixty (60) Days following the closing date of the period devoted to the withdrawal of the Bidding Document.

An Original Guarantee (security) of submission must accompany the Technical Offer:

• Batch N°1: Machines and Processes

For Bidders of Algerian Right:

Fifteen million Algerian Dinars (15 000 000,00 DA).

For bidders of foreign Right:

One hundred thousand Euros (100 000,00 €).

• Batch N°2: Buildings

For Bidders of Algerian Right:

Ten Million Algerian Dinars (10 000 000,00 DA).

For bidders of foreign Right:

Sixty thousand Euros (60 000,00 €).

The validity of this deposit is One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the date of opening of the bids containing the technical offers, with an additional duration of thirty (30) days.

The original of the tender guarantee may be given to the tender opening committee, during the tender opening session, by the Tenderer or his duly authorized representative. Any guarantee of the offer in the form of a check will be systematically rejected.

The date and time of opening of bids will be communicated by fax or fax to bidders who have withdrawn the Call for Tenders file.

Legal persons registered on the SONATRACH blacklist, and whose sanction is currently valid, are excluded from this notice.

The Call for Tenders Dossier is submitted only to the sole representative duly authorized by the tenderer wishing to participate in this Call for Tenders;

No remark that could allow the identification of the tenderer must appear on the outer envelope, under penalty of rejection.
