STUDY, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF LOCAL PANELS, SPEED CONTROL FOR TURBOGENERATORS TG-1, TG-2, TG-3, AND THE SPEED REGULATOR FOR AIR TURBOCOMPRESSOR 030-K-309 FOR THE GL1Z PLANT

No later than forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the first publication of the notice of invitation to tender at BAOSEM by any interested candidate on presentation of a copy of the trade register, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinar (5000 DA) for companies under Algerian law and Thirty (30) euros for companies under foreign law.

The payment receipts for the withdrawal of the tender documents (the bank receipt) must be made out in the name of the company wishing to withdraw the tender documents and bear the following mention: “Withdrawal of Call for Tenders File No. 02/SH/LQS/DEV/RGZ/2025.

The two (02) steps submission method applies to this invitation to tender

Under the first step of this call for tenders, technical offers without any indication of price must be submitted in envelopes, no later than Sixty (60) days from the date of publication in BAOSEM;

Under the first stage of this Call for Tenders, the technical offers without any indication of price must be deposited in envelopes, at the address:

no later than Sixty (60) calendar days from the date of publication in BAOSEM.

Technical bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Four Thousand Seven Hundred American Dollars (4700 USD) or the equivalent of another convertible foreign currency for bidders under foreign law and Six Hundred and Thirty Thousand Dinars Algerian Dinar (630000 DA) for bidders under Algerian law, the period of validity of which shall be equal to the period of validity of the bids, i.e., One Hundred and Eighty (180) days, plus an additional Thirty (30) Calendar Days;

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day

The bid guarantee can be submitted by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the bids for the technical.

The bids for the first stage will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who so wish, at the meeting to be held within eight (8) working days following the expiry of the deadline for submitting technical bids to the address and date mentioned in the invitation letter.

Bidders whose technical bids have been declared responsive will be invited to submit a financial bid. Bids containing financial offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who wish to attend the opening session, which will take place at the address and date indicated in the invitation to attend the opening session of bids containing financial offers.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for duration of One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the date of opening of the technical offers. The duration can be extended.
