Published in Baosem 2429 of September 23rd 2025, that the deadlines are extended as follows:
- The withdrawal deadline, initially set for October 28th, 2025, is extended to December 3rd, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
- The offers’ submission deadline, scheduled for for November 30th, 2025, is extended to December 31st, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
- The offers’ opening date, scheduled for December 4th, 2025, is extended to January 5th, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
