B) According to the article 112 of the regulation of the markets of may 06th, 2012, modified and completed, the tenderers contesting the effected choice, concerning the attributed lots may introduce their recourses with the commission of the markets of the company (cme) - 21-23, Boulevard mohamed-v - ALGer, within (10) days as from the first day as from the first publication of the present notice ; if the tenth day coincide with a holyday or a legal rest day, the deadline to introduce the recourse is extended in the next working day.
