AVIS D 'ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE

Il est porté à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°04/SH-EP-FOR-OPR/2025 paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2361 du 09 mars 2025 ayant pour objet :

« Travaux de Forage Directionnel, en cinq (05) Lots Distincts », Processus en (02) deux étapes, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement comme suit : 

• Lot N°1 : HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES INC, ALGERIA DIVISION, pour un montant de 197 471 960,00 DA et 18 773 789,78 USD.
• Lot N° 2 : COMPAGNIE D’OPERATIONS PETROLIERES SCHLUMBERGER, pour un montant de 22 803 073,00 DA et 17 835 242,92 USD.
• Lot N° 3 : OIL SERV OILFIELD SERVICES (BVI) Ltd, pour un montant de                         310 931 596,00 DA et 8 637 490,58 USD
• Lot N°4 : HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES INC, ALGERIA DIVISION, pour un montant de 25 887 050,00 DA et 3 447 173,47 USD.
• Lot N°5 : SARL DRILLING OIL TOOLS AND SERVICES (DOTS), pour un montant de 195 315 646,69 DA. 

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent cette attribution peuvent introduire un recours selon les conditions et modalités indiquées dans le DAO.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL RESULTS

All the Bidders who took part in the National and International Tender N°04/SH-EP-FOR-OPR/2025 for:

« Directional Drilling Work, in five (05) Separate Lots »

published in BAOSEM N° 2361 of mars ,09^th 2025, are informed, in compliance with the specifications of the above-mentioned Tender; that the provisional results are as follows:

• Lot N°1 : HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES INC, ALGERIA DIVISION, for an amount of 197 471 960,00 DA and 18 773 789,78 USD.
• Lot N° 2 : COMPAGNIE D’OPERATIONS PETROLIERES SCHLUMBERGER, for an amount of 22 803 073,00 DA and 17 835 242,92 USD.

In compliance with the specifications of the tender any possible appeal from the Bidders, who have participated on the above-mentioned tender, must be done in accordance with SONATRACH appeal procedure specified on the tender documents.
