NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN REQUEST

FOR TENDER Nº RFQ-3037038-24

GROUPEMENT BERKINE, is governed by legislative decree 93-08 of 25th April 1993, issues National and International open request for tenders for the provision of the following:

Two DUAL PULSE SIMULATOR ST500 Certification and Calibration.

Tenderers interested by the present request for tender are invited to request electronic copy of the tender package from Contracts Department by sending a request supported by company trade license to the following e-mail address:

Tenders must be submitted electronically to the above e-mail address.

Bid reception deadline is set to Twenty (20) DAYS with effect from the first publication date of this request for tenders in the BAOSEM.

Any tender received after the deadline will be regarded as null and void.

Tenders must remain open for acceptance for a period of 90 days with effect from the tender close date.

Important Note:

This national and international open request only applies for bidders having or meeting the underneath following conditions:

1/ Having a trade license in accordance with the request for tender object;

2/ Not being subject of an exclusion decision from: Sonatrach deals, collectively or individually.

3/ In the case of companies with the same owners/directors or participation and/or interest in common (such as, but without being limited to, Association, Groupement, partnership, common shareholders,), only one tender will be acceptable. If two or more of such companies tender separately, all of their tenders will be rejected.

4/ All costs associated with preparation of the Tender will be for the account of the Tenderer.

5/ Must have ISO 17025 accreditation
