L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à l’Appel d’Offres suscité, portant l’acquisition de la fourniture :
Tuyauterie/raccorderie de remplacement du réseau anti incendie
Que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire COMMERCIALE TUBI ACCIAIO S.P.A. « CTA » déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de 371 695,00USD en CFR Port algérien.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :
PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE
Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.
