SONATRACH Company – LRP Activity and LQS Division- Complex GP2Z, B.P. N°23 - Route de Mostaganem, ARZEW -Oran, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, concerning:

Acquisition of 54 tube bundles for air cooler for GP2Z Complex

This national and international restricted invitation to tender in a single stage is addressed to the tenderers that are specialized in manufacturing or marketing the tube bundles for air coolers.

The interested tenderers may withdraw the specifications, as soon as this notice is published in the Baosem, nearby:

Against:

-The presentation of A payment voucher, with a non-repayable amount of (two thousand Algerian Dinars) 2000 DZD for the local tenderers or (Twenty Euros) 20€ for the foreign ones.

The payment will be done by transfer to the Bank account N° 00200070700416043530, open at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency 70 El Marsa, located at 11 Rue Mohamed Fertas, Tourville-ARZEW;

-A copy of the trade register of the tenderer;

The submission mode to this invitation to tender is in a single stage;

On the level of this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously into two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, at the address mentioned above.

The tenders’ submission deadline is limited at 60 calendar days (before 16h00) as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem. Only the reception seal of the General Order Bureau (BOG), apposed on the envelope shall make valid.

The financial offers are assorted by a submission bail of:

For the local tenderers: 6 510 000.00 DZD

For the foreign tenderers: 66000.00 €

whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 180 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The tenders shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who would like to attend to the opening session at GP2Z Complex, in a delay of 08 days after the offers’ reception deadline.

The tenderers keep bound to their offers for a period of 180 calendar days as of the date of the tenders’ opening.

The envelopes containing the technical tenders shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated at the session of opening and examination of the financial tenders that shall take place on date, time and addressed mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to the tenderers whose technical tenders shall be declared conform to the specifications’ requirements.

The tenderers keep bound to their offers for a period of 180 calendar days as of the date of the tenders’ opening.

TO NOTE THAT BY APPLYING THE NEW DISPOSITIONS RELATED TO THE SUBMISSION BAIL, WE INFORM ALL THE TENDERERS THE FOLLOWING:

THE SWIFT SUPPLIED BY THE TENDERERS, SHALL NOT BE TAKEN BY CONSIDERATION;

EVERY TECHNICAL OFFER NOT CONTAINING THE ORIGINAL OF THE SUBMISSION BAIL, SHALL BE REJECTED.
