Ayant fait l’objet de publication sur BAOSEM N°2143 du 12/06/2023, prorogé sur les BAOSEM n° 2154, 2168 et 2175 du 17/07/2023,27/08/2023 et 17/09/2024, que ledit appel d’offres est annulé.
