« Etude de base pour la réalisation d'une interconnexion de transfert de GNL entre les complexes GL2Z et GL3Z »

La Société Nationale SONATRACH, Activité Liquéfaction et Séparation, Division Développement Direction Suivi Réalisation des Projets Gaz, porte à la connaissance des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N° 08/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2023 relatif à :

Etude de base pour la réalisation d'une interconnexion de transfert de GNL entre les complexes GL2Z et GL3Z

Paru initialement dans le BAOSEM N° 2143 du 12/06/2023, ayant fait l’objet de Trois (03) prorogations délais, dont la dernière jusqu’au 28/09/2023 (BAOSEM 2175 du 14/09/2023), qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres financières, le contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire classé le mieux disant, ayant obtenu la meilleure notation 87,38, suite à un processus de pondération à savoir :

La société ENERECO SPA, pour un montant de Neuf Cent Onze Mille Trente Deux Euro (911 032,00 €) et Dix-neuf Million Trois Cent Cinquante Deux Mille Trois Cent Cinquante Dinar Algérien (19 352 350,00 DA) soit la Contrevaleur en Dinars de Cent Cinquante Million Neuf Cent Quarante Six Mille Huit Cent Vingt Deux Dinars Algériens et Soixante-Seize centimes (150 946 822,76 DA).

Les soumissionnaires contestant le résultat du processus d’appel d’offres, peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la parution du présent avis sur le BAOSEM.

National and International Open Call for Tenders N°08/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2023

“Basic study for the creation of an LNG transfer interconnection between the GL2Z and GL3Z complexes”

The National Company SONATRACH, Liquefaction and Separation Activity, Development Division Monitoring Management of Gas Projects, informs the bidders who participated in the national and international open call for tenders No. 08/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/ 2023 relating to:

Basic study for the creation of an LNG transfer interconnection between the GL2Z and GL3Z complexes

Initially published in BAOSEM No. 2143 du 12/06/2023, having been the subject of tree (03) deadline extensions, the last of which until 28/09/2023 (BAOSEM 2175 of 14/09/2023), that at the end of the opening and evaluation of the financial offers, the contract is provisionally awarded to the highest ranked bidder, having obtained the best rating 87.38, following a weighting process namely:

The company ENERECO spa, for an amount of Nine Hundred and Eleven Thousand Thirty-Two Euro (911 032,00 €) and Nineteen Million Three Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Algerian Dinar (19 352 350,00 DA) or the equivalent in Dinars of One Hundred and Fifty Million, Nine Hundred and Forty-Six Thousand, Eight Hundred and Twenty-Two Algerian Dinars and Seventy-Six Cents (150 946 822,76 DA).

Bidders contesting the result of the call for tenders process may lodge an appeal within Five (05) working days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM.
