« ETUDE, FOURNITURE ET SUPERVISION DE MONTAGE DE SEPT (07) UNITES DE DESSALEMENT D’EAU DE MER D’UNE CAPACITE UNITAIRE DE 45 T/H POUR LES COMPLEXES GL1Z ET GL2Z »

La Société Nationale SONATRACH, Activité Liquéfaction et Séparation, Division Développement, Direction Suivi Réalisation des Projets Gaz, porte à la connaissance des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert n°06/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2023 relatif à :

Etude, fourniture et supervision de montage de sept (07) unités de dessalement d’eau de mer d’une capacité unitaire de 45 t/h pour les Complexes GL1Z et GL2Z , paru initialement dans le BAOSEM N° 2127 du 26/04/2023, qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres financières, le contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire dont l’offre financière est la moins disante, à savoir :

La société JSM Ltd Japon, pour un montant de Quarante-sept Millions Trois Cent Quatre-vingt-dix Mille Sept Cent Dix-neuf Dollars Américains (47 390 719.00 $) soit la Contrevaleur en Dinars de Six Milliards Trois Cent Cinquante-huit Millions Six Cent Vingt-six Mille Vingt-six Dinars Algériens et Quarante-sept Centimes (6 358 626 026.47 DA).

Les soumissionnaires contestant le résultat du processus d’Appel d’Offres, peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la parution du présent avis sur le BAOSEM.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDERS N°06/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2023

RELATED TO

“STUDY, SUPPLY AND MONITORING OF SEVEN SEA WATER DESALINATION UNITS WITH A 45 T/H CAPACITY FOR EACH ONE FOR THE GL1Z AND THE GL2Z PLANTS”

The National Company SONATRACH, Liquefaction and Separation Activity, Development Division, the Gas Projects Follow-up Direction, informs the bidders who participated in the national and international open call for tenders n° 06/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2023 relating to:

Study, supply and monitoring of seven sea water desalination units with a 45 t/h capacity for each one for the GL1Z and the GL2Z plants, initially published in BAOSEM N°2127 of 26/04/2023, that at the end of the opening and evaluation of the financial offers, the contract is provisionally awarded to the lowest financial offer, namely:

The company JSM Ltd Japan, for an amount of Forty-Seven Million THREE Hundred and Ninety Thousand Seven Hundred and Nineteen US dollars (47 390 719.00 $) or the equivalent in dinars of Six Billion Three Hundred and Fifty-Eight Million Six Hundred and Twenty-Six Thousand Twenty-Six Algerian Dinars and Forty-Seven Cents (6 358 626 026.47 DA).

Bidders contesting the result of the call for tenders process may lodge an appeal within five (05) working days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM.
