AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU CONTRAT

APPEL D’OFFRES NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL OUVERT

N°06/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2023

La Société Nationale SONATRACH, Activité Liquéfaction et Séparation, Division Développement, Direction Suivi Réalisation des Projets Gaz, porte à la connaissance des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert n°06/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2023 relatif à :

« Etude, fourniture et supervision de montage de sept (07) unités de dessalement d’eau de mer d’une capacité unitaire de 45 t/h pour les Complexes GL1Z et GL2Z ».

Paru initialement dans le BAOSEM N° 2127 du 26/04/2023, et suite à l’annulation de l’attribution provisoire de la société JSM Ltd Japon publiée sur le BAOSEM, le contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire dont l’offre financière classé en 2éme position, à savoir :

La société DEMONT S.R.L, pour un montant de quarante-huit millions deux cent cinquante et un mille quatre cent soixante et onze Euros et quarante-quatre centimes
(48 251 471,44 €), soit la contrevaleur de six milliards sept cent soixante millions quatre cent quatre-vingt-dix-neuf mille cent quatre-vingt-huit Dinars Algériens et deux centimes (6 760 499 188,02 DA).

Les soumissionnaires contestant le résultat du processus d’Appel d’Offres, peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la parution du présent avis sur le BAOSEM.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDERS

N°06/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2023

The National Company SONATRACH, Liquefaction and Separation Activity, Development Division, the Gas Projects Follow-up Direction, informs the bidders who participated in the national and international open call for tenders n° 06/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2023 relating to:

“Study, supply and monitoring of seven sea water desalination units with a 45 t/h capacity for each one for the GL1Z and the GL2Z plants”

Initially published in BAOSEM N°2127 of 26/04/2023, and following the cancellation of the provisional award of the company JSM Ltd Japan published on BAOSEM, the contract is provisionally awarded to the bidder whose financial offer ranked 2nd, namely:

The company DEMONT S. R.L, for an amount of Forty Eight Million Two Hundred And Fifty-One Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-One Euros And Forty-Four Cents
(€ 48,251,471.44), i.e. the equivalent of Six Billion Seven Hundred and Sixty Million Four Thousand Ninety-Nine Thousand Eighty-Eight Algerian Dinars and Two Cents (6,760,499,188.02 DA).

Bidders contesting the result of the call for tenders process may lodge an appeal within five (05) working days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM.
