The National Company SONATRACH / LQS Activity / Investments Division, GAZ Project Monitoring and Implementation Department, informs the companies that have withdrawn the National and International Open Tender File No. 06/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ /2023 relating to "Study, supply and assembly supervision of seven (07) seawater desalination units with a unit capacity of 45T/H for the GL1Z and GL2Z complexes", published in BAOSEM N°2127 of 26/04/2023, that a modification concerning the amount of the bid guarantee is made to the Call for Tenders file as follows:
Four Million Seven Hundred Algerian Dinars (4,700,000.00 DA) instead of forty-Five Million Algerian Dinars (45,000,000.00 DA) for tenderers under Algerian law and Thirty-Two Thousand US Dollars (32,000.00 USD) instead of Three Hundred Thousand US Dollars (300,000.00 USD) for bidders under foreign law.
As such, this addendum is introduced in the Call for Tenders file. Candidates who have previously withdrawn the Call for Tenders file are invited to withdraw the said addendum.
The deadline for withdrawal/submission of tenders is therefore extended for the first time by this notice by an additional Twenty-One (21) days.
