GCB- Water Treatment Directorate, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international restricted invitation to tender mentioned above, regarding:

Offshore works for the project of seawater desalination plant Cap Blanc Oran, with a capacity of 300,000 m³/d

Published in the Baosem n° 2139 of May, 31^st 2023, about issuing a second addendum in order to apply modifications to the specifications, in particular:

• Technical alignment
• Updating the contract project
• Updating the quotation

This addendum n° 02 has been transmitted to the tenderers judged technically conform by the Commission of the Technical Offers Evaluation.

The financial offers’ submission date, initially intended on September, 14^th 2023, has been extended to September, 19^th 2023.
