National and International Restricted Invitation to Tender

N° 01/JUR/EXP/DWT/GCB/2023

GCB - Direction Water Treatment, informs all the tenderers interested on the Restricted National and International Invitation to Tender, concerning :

Offshore works for the project of seawater desalination plant Cap Blanc Oran, with a capacity of 300,000 m³/d

Published on BAOSEM N° 2139 of May 31^st 2023, of the issue of an addendum, in order to bring certain number of amendments to the specifications in particular:

Modification of :

- Deadline.

- Conditions of eligibility.

- Method of evaluating technical offers.

- Criteria 2: Assessment of material resources and equipment provided for the project.

- Grouping item.

- Project characteristics on the technical file.

- Article 15 of the contract project (provisional and final reception).

This addendum N° 01 will be sent by e-mail to all candidates who have withdrawn the restricted national and international tender file N° 01/JUR/EXP/DWT/GCB/2023.

Addendum N° 01 can also be collected from the Water Treatment Division's head office at Lot N° 08 Grp No. 02 Dar El Beida, Algiers.

The deadline for submission offers, initially scheduled for May 29^th2023, has been extended to July 09^th 2023.
