The deadline for withdrawing the Specifications, initially scheduled for October 30^th , 2025, before 4:00 PM, has been extended to Thursday, November 20^th , 2025, before 4:00 PM;

The deadline for submitting offers, initially scheduled for Sunday, November 30th, 2025, has been extended to Tuesday, December 23^rd , 2025, before 4:00 PM.

The offers’ opening date is scheduled for Wednesday, December 24^th , 2025, at 10:00 AM.
