The tenderers who have withdrawn the international restricted invitation to tender’s file N°005/DT/DEE/2025, regarding:

published in BAOSEM No. 2432 of October 01^st , 2025, and whose notice of the first extension of deadline was published in BAOSEM, No. 2446 of Monday, November 10^th , 2025 are informed that:

The deadline for withdrawing the Specifications, initially scheduled in the first extension notice for Thursday November 20^th, 2025, before 4:00 PM, has been extended to Thursday, January 08^th , 2026, before 4:00 PM;

The deadline for submitting offers, initially scheduled in the first extention Notice for Tuesday, December 23^rd , 2025, before 4:00 p.m has been extended to Tuesday, January 13^th  , 2026, before 4:00 PM.

The offers’ opening date is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14^th , 2026, at 10:00 AM.
