L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert n°147/DVL/DAPS/2025, Paru dans le BAOSEM n°2478 du 10/02/2026, portant sur l’acquisition des gares racleurs fixe départ & arrivée destinés au projet de réalisation de l'expansion du GG1 42'' Hassi R'mel - SC3 Moudjebara - Medjedel & mise à niveau de la station SC3 de Moudjebara, qu’il a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « PROCESS SYSTEM SAS» pour un montant de «1 530 000,00 Euro/CFR Port Mostaganem » soit Un Million Cinq Cent Trente Mille Euros CFR Port de Mostaganem.

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

ENAC/Jsc informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 147/DVL/DAPS/2025, Published in Baosem N° 2478 of February 10th ,2026 regarding:

Acquisition of fixed scraper stations departure & arrival intended for the project to carry out the expansion of the GG1 42'' Hassi R'mel - SC3 Moudjebara - Medjedel & upgrading of the SC3 station of Moudjebara

that it has been awarded provisionally to the tenderer « PROCESS SYSTEM SAS» for an amount of:

1.530.000.00 Euro /CFR Port of Mostaganem

Selection criteria: lowest financial offer among the technically selected ones

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to decisions taken in the processing of its offer.

يمكن لكل مترشح معارض لهذا الاختيار، تقديم طعن لدى المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات، في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان.

لا يمكن أن يتعلق الطعن سوى بالقرارات التي تم اتخاذها أثناء معالجة عرضه.
