These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the relationship between SARL Merid Technology (hereinafter "RhinoTenders") and any person (hereinafter "the User") using the website available at www.rhinotenders.com (hereinafter "the Platform").
The User acknowledges expressly and unreservedly accepting these T&Cs. When creating an Account, checking the box "I acknowledge having read and accepted the Terms and Conditions" means that the User confirms accepting these T&Cs without reservation.
These T&Cs may be modified by RhinoTenders at any time. The User is invited to regularly consult their latest version. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.

SARL Merid Technology operates the Platform, which offers a directory service of public or private dematerialised tenders, allowing the User to access two distinct levels of Services:
The Platform is exclusively intended for professional use. The User may not invoke the provisions of consumer law in their relations with SARL Merid Technology.
The Platform is accessible to any user with a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access. Costs related to connection and use remain the sole responsibility of the User.
RhinoTenders implements all reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Platform, but is only bound by an obligation of means.
The User must be:
The User undertakes to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information when registering, and to keep it up to date via the "My Account" section.
The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities carried out under their Account. They undertake to create only one Account and to immediately notify RhinoTenders of any unauthorised use of their Account.
The Platform allows any visitor to access a search engine to submit a query and obtain a list of results containing the identification of corresponding tenders.
In addition to the free Services, the Platform offers Services described on the "Pricing" page. To benefit from them, the User must subscribe to a Subscription corresponding to the selected plan.
The Subscription is offered at the price indicated in the "Pricing" section of the Platform, inclusive of taxes. Accepted payment methods are:

The User undertakes to:
The Platform, trademarks, logos, software, search engine, databases and all content (texts, images, graphics) are the exclusive property of SARL Merid Technology and/or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law.
It is prohibited to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish or reverse engineer any element of the Platform without the express authorisation of SARL Merid Technology.
The User is solely responsible for their use of the Platform. The use of available information is their sole responsibility.
SARL Merid Technology does not verify the accuracy of information provided within tenders and disclaims all liability for their inaccuracy or inadequacy. RhinoTenders is only bound by an obligation of means regarding the completeness of tenders.
The liability of SARL Merid Technology cannot be engaged in the event of malfunction due to technical constraints of the Internet, force majeure or the User's behaviour. In any case, compensation shall not exceed the amount of the Subscription for the current 12 months.
The information collected is subject to computer processing intended for the management of user accounts and the improvement of our services. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
These T&Cs are entered into for an indefinite period. The Subscription is concluded for the duration chosen by the Subscriber and is automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless previously terminated.
The Subscriber may terminate their Subscription at any time from the My Account / My Subscription section. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period, subject to 2 days' notice before the end date.
In case of non-compliance with these T&Cs, SARL Merid Technology may immediately suspend access and notify the User by email. After a period of 8 days without regularisation, the contractual relationship may be terminated by operation of law.
These T&Cs are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction of the registered office of SARL Merid Technology.
