Public projects: announcements (title, description, company name, estimated budget, attachments) can be viewed by any platform user.
Private projects: announcements are accessible only to premium platform users.
Limited projects: announcements are visible only to users explicitly designated by the buyer.
Supplier responses: response details (offer amount) are only shared with the buying organisation, unless the "Visible Offers" feature is activated by the buyer.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your data in the following cases:

With your business partners to facilitate your transactions via the platform
With your explicit consent
To comply with a legal or regulatory obligation
With authorised service providers (hosting, SATIM payment), subject to their commitment to protect your data

RhinoTenders may create anonymous and aggregated statistical reports that identify neither your company nor any specific transaction data. Such reports may be made public for benchmarking purposes.

We implement technical and organisational security measures consistent with industry standards to protect your personal data against:

These measures include encryption of sensitive data via HTTPS/SSL protocol, secure password storage, and strict access controls. Banking data is processed exclusively by our payment provider SATIM and never passes through our systems.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. When you delete your account, your data is deleted from our systems within 7 working days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
