Sonatrach Company, Pipeline Transportation Activity, Exploitation Division, Gas Pipeline Pedro Duran Farell issues a National and International Open Invitation to tender regarding:

Acquisition of spare parts for the PC and PS installations of the GPDF Gasduct in two (02) separate Batches

In 30 days, utmost as of the date of publication of this notice, by every interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a non-repayable amount of 5000,00 DZD concerning the Algerian companies, or its equivalent for foreign ones, in the name of the tenderer with the obligatory mention of the reference of the present invitation to Tender and on presentation of a copy of the trade register.

For the Algerian tenderers, payment will be made by transfer to the bank account: BEA Tlemcen Address: No. 64 Tlemcen, RIB No.: 002 00064 6406462851 67.

for foreign tenderers, payment shall be made by transfer to the bank account IBAN N°002 000 05 05032 64 124 59- opened with the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie (BEA) agency Site SH - Djenane El Malik Hydra- Algiers (16000) Algeria.

The tendering mode in single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

Concerning this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same envelope at the address:

In a period of 30 days utmost after the dossier’s withdrawal deadline, that is 60 days as of the date of publication.

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of :

Batch 01: 200.000.00 DZD or its equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign tenderers.

Batch 02: 150.000.00 DZD or its equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign tenderers.

for which, the validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 180 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

Every offer received after this deadline shall be considered null and void.

The envelopes containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representative(s) who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

An invitation letter shall be addressed to the tenderers who have withdrawn the dossier in order to attend.

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or their representatives duly designated during the opening and examination session of the financial offers that shall take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the dossier’s requirements.

The tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 calendar days as of the technical offers opening date.
