National and International Open Invitation to Tender N° EXP T 01-25

Sonatrach Downstream Activity Company, refining division exploitation, Arzew Refinery informs the companies interested in following national and international Invitation to tender N° EXP T 01-25, regarding the:

Supply of additives for the manufacture lubricants divided into Ten (10) separate parts

Part N°01 : Gasoline & Diesel Engine Lubricant:

a) Naftilia Synthétique Plus 5W40

b) Naftilia Semi-Synthétique 10W40

Part N°02 : Gasoline & GPL Engine Lubricant : Naftilia Sirghaz 10W40.

Part N°03 : Gasoline & Diesel Engine Lubricant : Naftilia VP Super 15W40.

Part N°04: Diesel Engine Lubricant: Chelia Turbo Diesel 15W40.

Part N°05: Diesel Engine Lubricant: Chiffa/Chelia.

Part N°06: Rail Road Lubricant: Chenoua HVI 40

Part N°07 :Hydraulic Transmission Lubricant: Chelia 10W.

Part N°08: Manual Transmission Lubricant: Tassilia EP.

Industrial Gear Lubricant: FODDA

Part N°09 : Automatic Transmission Lubricant : Tassilia ATF 10W

Part N°10 : Hydraulic HV Lubricant : TISKA HVI

Published in the BAOSEM N° 2470 dated 19/01/2026, that the closing date for withdrawal specifications planned to 04/03/2026.

And that the deadline for bids submission planned initially 19/03/2026, has been extended to 19/04/2026.
