FERTIAL Spa, Manufacturer of Fertilizers, issues a national and international open invitation to tender for the following service:

Supply of piping and accessories for the new ship loading line from the 80II storage tank

The tenderers that are interested in this invitation to tender must:

Mention the number of the invitation to tender in your email.

A soon as the payment voucher is checked, FERTIAL Spa sends in return the specifications and the contract project.

The offer must contain the documents that are required in the specifications, divided into 02 parts:

Technical file;
Financial file.

The technical and financial files are contained in 02 distinct folds, must be deposited in a sealed and anonymous fold at the following address:

The specifications may be withdrawn or transmitted by email:

arzew.achat@fertial-dz.com In a period of 21 days as of the first publication of this notice in the daily newspapers and BAOSEM.

The tenderers must submit their offers on 30^th day utmost at 16h00 after the first publication of this notice, at the address mentioned above.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 90 workdays as of the offers’ submission deadline.

NB: FERTIAL reserves the right to cancel this invitation to tender at any moment of the procedure steps, for reason of which it remains the sole judge.
