Supply of sheet metal in four (04) separate batches

SONATRACH/ Jsc, RPC Activity, Refining Exploitation Division, Skikda Refinery (RA1K) issues a national and international open invitation to tender in one step concerning:

Supply of sheet metal divided into four (04) separate batches:

batch No. 1: Steel sheets for storage tanks,

batch No. 2: Carbon steel sheets,

batch No. 3: Weldable stainless steel sheets,

batch No. 4: Aluminum sheets.

The tenderers are permitted to submit for one batch or multiple batches.

Or by email: spm_ra1k@sonatrach.dz ,In a period of 35 days utmost as of the deadline for submission of offers, by every interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a non-repayable amount of 5000 DZD for Algerian companies or 50 € for foreign ones, by presenting a copy of the electronic trade register.

The payment shall be operated by a bank transfer to Skikda Refinery/RA1K:

RIB N° 002 00085 85 085 60 022 29- BEA site SONATRACH, Skikda.
SWIFT N° : BEXADZAL085.

Proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the Specifications (bank statements/cash deposit slips) must be in the name of the tenderer.

The tendering mode in a single step applies to this invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same envelope, at the following address:

The technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is determined in 45 calendar days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem at 16 p.m. If the last day of the offers’ submission deadline coincides a day off, the date shall be postponed to the following workday.

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail for each batch:

for Algerian tenderers:

Batch n°1 : 2 300 000 DZD

Batch n°2 : 220 000 DZD

Batch n°3 : 80 000 DZD

Batch n°4 : 1 600 000 DZD

for foreign tenderers:

Batch n°1 : 14935 €

Batch n°2 : 1429 €

Batch n°3 : 520 €

Batch n°4 : 10389 €

The validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 180 days assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The envelopes containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

The date and time shall be communicated in an invitation letter addressed to the tenderers participating in this invitation to tender.

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated that shall take place at the date, time and addressed mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the specifications’ requirements.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 180 days as of the deadline of the technical offer’s submission.
