GROUPEMENT Reggane, an association formed by SONATRACH S.P.A, Repsol Exploración Argelia, S.A., et Wintershall Dea Algeria GmbH, as an operator for the development and operation of the Reggane Nord field, and more specifically Block 351C, located in the Reggane region, 1500 km south-west of Algiers launches as part of the development of the Reggane Nord project a National and International Restricted Call for Bids for:

This notice concerns only:

Companies specialized in the supply of this type of Services and having recognized references in the industry and has performed similar services.

Companies under Algerian law and companies under foreign law having a permanent establishment in Algeria justified by C-20

Companies interested in this call for bids must submit their request for interest to participate or by sending an e-mail concerning the following documents required:

A copy of the Trade Register in the field as Contractor or Supplier or Manufacturer or the equivalent in certificate of qualification and occupational classification.
Company information.
A valid C.20.

Important: It should be noted that tenderers should have no ongoing litigation with SONATRACH S.P.A, Repsol Exploración Argelia, S.A, and Wintershall Dea Algeria GmbH, either alone or as part of a partnership. This condition must also be fulfilled by its parent company and its subsidiaries.

Upon presentation of all the documents mentioned above (1.2 and 3), the Companies interested in this invitation to tender will receive the specifications, free of charge, via the aforementioned email address or collect the call for bid package from the following address:

This is a one phase Call for Bids. Bidders are invited to submit their technical and commercial offers according to the terms and conditions specified in the Call for Bids package.

The deadline for withdrawal of the call for bid Package is Fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

The deadline for receipt of tenders is thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

Any submission received after 4:00 pm (Algeria local time) on the day of the deadline will be considered null and void.

All costs incurred or associated with the preparation of tenders shall be borne exclusively by the tenderer.

Bidders shall remain bound by their Bids for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of receipt of the Bids.
